“JT-ish”

21-15-9

Seated strict press

Dips

Push-ups

Happy Friday! “JT” is a hero WOD originally programmed as 21-15-9 of handstand push-ups, ring dips, and push-ups. It is a sneakily taxing one - especially on those triceps! 

I am obviously not doing HSPU or ring dips at the moment (though we did just order some rings for our garage - mainly for our kiddo to hang off of instead of our furniture!) so I did a seated strict press, box dips, and incline push-ups. 

Use whatever weight you have available for the strict press (DB, KB, wine bottle, etc), and play with the width and positioning of your feet on the dips and push-ups.
