Happy Monday ~ I hope you all had a great weekend! 

Here are some tips for getting the most out of this workout: 

* Amp up with a goblet hold of any weight during lunges and squats. If lunges are uncomfortable, try bridges - ideally with back elevated and hip dips, or SL bridges if you can tolerate being on your back, but need more of a muscle burn than regular bridges. 

* Play with more or less rounds

* Build in rest time between rounds if needed

* It was raining at my house today, so I did this inside, with a set of stairs as my cardio in between rounds instead of a walk.
