Fri-YAY (although Fridays certainly look a little bit different in this COVID-19 world, don’t they?!) * This was primarily a walking workout for me (about 24 minutes long). The walking took exponentially more time than the strength movements. Which was fine for me - we all need some rest and recover days, and getting some fresh air and sunshine always does the body good!
If you need more of a balance, consider:
* Shortening the walks: 400, 300, 200, 100
* Or increasing the strength portion: 30, 24, 16, 8
* Or adding multiple strength moves: leg exercise coupled with an arm exercise. Etc.
Sub OH squats, air squats, lunges with goblet hold for thrusters if don’t feel good today.
